Whether you are on a holiday in Palma or you are looking for a new culinary experience, these three restaurants are for sure not going to disappoint in any way. For listing the following best restaurants in Palma de Mallorca, I’ve taken into consideration the quality of food, service and ambience.

Vandal Restaurant

Good vibes and good fusion tapas food. The restaurant is offering a gastronomic experience with its interesting tapas dishes. I love how the chefs are playing with the ingredients creating unique flavours.

Vandal Restaurant is for sure one of the best dining restaurants that you can find in Palma de Mallorca.

I love a restaurant with an open kitchen and of course Vandal Restaurant has one. You’ll be amazed by the chefs’s dedication and passion for preparing your dishes. The service is excellent as well.

We tried a handful of tapas that were amazing. The ceviche cornete with coconut foam was not only amazingly presented but it was my favourite too!

Arume Tomeu Martí Restaurant

The name of the restaurant came from the chef itself, Tomeu Martí. You’ll find this restaurant as a small and cosy place with amazing Japanese-Meditarenaeen fusion recipes. You can see the chef passionately preparing your meals through the open kitchen bar, which I,m a fan of!

Here they serve from the classical Japanese sushi and sashimi to the extremely delicious fusion Japanese dishes with a touch of the Medierteraneean characteristics. The recipes are tasty and freshly infused with aromatic herbs and spices transforming the dishes into a perfect balance of flavours. The food is absolutely exceptional inspiring creativity and manifesting the massive passion of the chef.

The Thai Salad Beef Tataki was the spotlight of the night. The ingredients that the chef combined simply made the dish a harmony of tastes. If you go here, this is a must-try!

Of course, the other dishes that we tried were all unique in flavours and design and totally worth all the money.

Every dish is a work of art of chef’s Tomeu Martí.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is simple yet warm and welcoming. People around us were definitely enjoying the exquisite food and the service overall. The staff were attentive and polite with every interaction we had.

If you’re looking for unique culinary experiences in Palma and you love good food, this place must be on your list.

Santa Restaurant

Found in the coolest neighbourhood in Palma, Santa Catalina, this restaurant will impress starting with their service up to their carefully selected amazing dishes. The dishes they serve here are exquisite.
Their menu consists of an international influence with a touch of a Mediterranean vibe.

As a starter, we tried their Tomato Bread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Roasted Leek and Roasted Eggplant. Simple recipes yet flavourful ingredients and well prepared.
As the main course, we ordered the Sea Bass with a side of an artichoke cream and seaweed leaves.
The second main course was the unforgettable Red Tuna Parpatana. Apparently, the Tuna is picked for several weeks before serving. It was perfection on the plate.
